CASH ON DELIVERY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All the Customers are hereby notified that as per the terms and conditions of COD (Cash on delivery) in Pakistan, the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before the payment has been made.

You, as a customer, has the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgement of delivery to the courier company.

If you need to return the package you would need to notify us after the payment has been made and send us back the package by coordinating with our Customer Service team.


Any product purchased from Wafaqi.pk online can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery unless;

  • The original invoice is not provided by the Customer
  • The product has been opened or used.
  • An exchange request is made outside the specified time frame of 7 days.
  • Promotion/Discounted and Near expiry items will not be accepted for exchange.
  • The product is damaged because of use or not in the original condition as when sold to Customer.
  • The product that has been tampered or missing serial numbers /Original stamp/ QR Code or Barcode.
  • The product is not in its original packing.
  • In case exchanged product is out of stock, the customer will be provided store credit which can be used for next purchase.

We look at each exchange very deeply as we want to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by minimizing our returns, so every exchange claim will be treated fairly.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

  • The customer needs to call our customer service team and lodge a request for an exchange.
  • If the request is acknowledged customer needs to either visit our head office with the product and collect the replacement or customer needs to courier the product to our head office.
  • In cases where the customer is returning through courier, the customer needs to securely pack the item in its original packing as received by the customer. Customers will bear shipping charges in such cases.
  • If the product is returned through courier we will ship the replacement within 2 to 5 working days depending on the courier company.
  • Cash refunds will not be entertained.
